Since I refered to speed reading for an example in my last post I thought I would share this link to a great online speed reading application.
The program is design to train your eyes to sight read. All you do is copy and paste the desired reading material into the application. You can change the the speed and the word count per flash. It also allows you to track your progress so you can see your improvement.
